Bespoke process
Fiona specialises in creating bespoke rings that are as individual as you are. Whether you are dreaming of a unique wedding ring or a one-of-a-kind piece to mark a special occasion.
Here is Fiona’s guide for what to expect from the bespoke commissioning process.
Contact Fiona outlining what it is that you are looking for. Include any time frame requirements plus preferences in metal or stone type.
Fiona will ask for more details via a phone call to gather some of the finer details. She will ask further questions to understand your vision for the piece.
This might cover any preferred styles or metals and also the budget.
Studio appointment (or video call) view materials including precious stones. Fiona will share 2-3 initial designs.
Client usually selects a design at this point. If for any reason you would like to explore further options and see more designs a £50 deposit is taken at this point (which will be deducted from the final price).
When you are happy with the final design, it it signed off and a 50% deposit is taken.
Upon request updates can be sent as the making process develops.
Upon completion
Your ring will be presented in person where possible in a beautiful presentation box.
Fiona can provide an appraisal free of charge and offers an ongoing cleaning service to keep your jewellery looking its absolute best.
Hand engraving is also included free of charge on bespoke orders.
