Delivery will be made upon receipt of full payment for your goods. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within the following time frame unless otherwise stated in the description:

Silver items 1 - 3 working days

Gold plated items up to 7 days working days

Bespoke (made to order) items including all Gold + Fairtrade Gold pieces 2 - 4 weeks.

*For Christmas 2024 please place all Gold orders by Friday 13th December.

*Silver and Gold plated items orders can be placed up to 12pm Thursday 19th December.

Items are posted using the Royal Mail postal services. Within the UK this is the first class signed for service for items under £130 (1-2 working days). Items over £130 are sent by the Special delivery service (next working day).

For outside of the UK, items are sent via the Royal Mail international track and signed service. This service is approximately 3-5 working days for destinations in Europe and approximately 5-7 working days for outside of Europe.

If you are ordering from outside of Europe then please allow additional time as your item may be held in your local customs and also incur your own import duties.

 Please enter your address carefully when ordering.  Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery date. All items are presented in a Jewellery box, and wrapped with care to ensure safe transit. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
