By using this website you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. International orders do not include import tax charges. Please check local charges before ordering. Please contact Fiona directly to talk about alternative methods of payment eg. paypal.

Orders

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock.

Product information 

All items have been given an accurate description of the piece. Due to the fact that all pieces are made by hand and the organic style of the work some patterns may vary slightly along with minimal changes in dimensions. The images used represent the products yet are not to scale (see dimensions) and colours may vary on different devices or monitors. All products where stated sterling silver are hallmarked in line with the Assay offices regulations. By law all items sold as Silver over the weight of 7.7 grams must be hallmarked for sale as precious metals.

Exchanges

Can be accepted in the event that you contact me within 14 days of receiving the product. Items will only be exchanged for products that are available in stock. If the new item is of a higher value I will invoice you for the remaining balance before postage. If exchange is made of a lower valued item the difference will returned as a gift voucher.

Returns

All products from my online shop are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of you receiving the product. To initiate the refund simply contact me via email/ telephone stating that you would like to make a return with your order number and contact details. You then have a further 7 days for the item to be returned to me. The item must be sent by registered post. The purchaser is responsible for the items safe return to me in the same condition as when sold.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, damaged or not the item that you ordered, returns will be accepted. This must be communicated to me within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase. In this case Fiona would cover the return postage cost. *Wilful, malicious damages or negligence will void any rights you have to a refund or exchange.*

Bespoke orders are unfortunately not eligible for a full refund as they do not form part of my saleable stock and will have been created especially for the individual.
